Block members and any new accounts they create
People are blocked for a reason! Those that are blocked should remain blocked for safety reasons. The sites MAIN priority should be an escorts safety. Other sites keep them blocked even if they create a new account by obtaining their ip address

I have blocked users that have then made another account to contact me. It would be useful if we could block the ip address maybe. Im not to sure how we’d get around this but it definitely would be helpful. -

MyaMelrose MergedI've had the issue of blocking a client multiple times but they always seem to come back under a different name and continue to annoy me and email me things that aren't allowed on the site such as snapchat or offering money outside the site. i want to be able to block a client and they stay blocked. If they make an account after being blocked there must be a way there ID flags up or all there information from there old account transferred to there new one such as the models who blocked them etc.

MissKinxxTotally agree. The same timewasters and non -genuine folk gain access time and time again by creating a new profile.

EllaI blocked a dangerous man (rape charge) who created another account and contacted me. Lucky I sussed him via other means, he actually terrifies me
This should include IP address for landline/broadband/wifi AND mobile phone altho i imagine it's hard to police -

TIP blocking doesn't work well though.
What if a dangerous user created an account using public wifi in a hotel? That hotel's wifi would be blacklisted, meaning that anyone wanting to work from that hotel in future and use its wifi would be blocked from the site.
Mobile phones change their IP addresses as they move from cell tower to cell tower - an ip address on a mobile phone used by a dangerous guy one day could be recycled for use by escort an hour or so later.
Then you have VPNs that can change an IP address every hour or so. -

PureDeebaucheryPlease as timewasting, address collecting and many other forms of abuse isn't illegal. We have 1 system in place to help us filter however to protect us...there's nothing. Please consider this to protect us from these types of abuse x

Lee MergedIn platforms used for adult work, introduce a blocking system similar to what is found on Instagram, Twitter/X, or WhatsApp. When a user blocks someone, the system should:
• Automatically block any other accounts linked to that person (e.g., same phone number, email, IP, device fingerprint, etc.)
• Prevent the blocked individual from making new accounts to bypass the block
• Ensure mutual invisibility, where neither party can see each other’s profile or content
• Allow reporting for further moderation review, especially in cases of repeated or severe harassment
This feature would significantly improve digital safety and mental well-being for workers, especially in high-risk or high-visibility roles. -

Ms FrancescaI have a stalker on AW. It causes me anxiety because he will make a new account and then hound me. I realise blocking IP addresses does not protect us entirely as there are still some ways round it.
But any obstacles are gratefully received. -

Katt noir MergedI was booked by deception today on WhatsApp by someone I had blocked already on adultwork. Thankfully I was able to figure it out because he made a mistake while we were talking. This is a big problem for safety
I can’t understand why they still have any profile access after being blocked, but at the very least our contact numbers should be hidden from them, possibly via IP tracking, to prevent them viewing profiles while logged out.. -

RubyYes I agree adultwork should check members who have been blocked before they allow feedback on site to us girls they should also check identity of a client emails name in full passport before they are allowed to set new accounts up this is not right what if a girl has not seen the member and outs booking request up to leave bad feedback this is unfair
